When you use the Contract Analyzer, the contract you submit is transmitted to Anthropic's API for analysis. We do not store the original contract file on our servers. The resulting analysis is saved to your account automatically so you can revisit it, and you can delete any saved analysis at any time — deleting it permanently removes it from our database. Saved analyses remain until you delete them or delete your account.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Hospital and agency reviews are displayed without your name, profile photo, or any identifying account information. Other users cannot see who wrote a review.
Reviews are not anonymous to us. Your account remains associated with your reviews in our database so we can enforce our Terms, respond to reports of abuse, let you edit or delete your own reviews, and comply with legal obligations. Our staff can determine who wrote a review.
Community and forum posts are different — those are shown with your name attached.
Review content you write is public. Please avoid including details that could identify you, such as your unit, shift, or dates of employment.

You can delete individual content at any time within the app — for example, saved contract analyses, hospital and agency reviews, and documents in the Credentials Vault.
You can delete your entire account at any time in the app, under Security Settings, using the Delete Account option. If you're unable to access the app, you can instead email us at hello@getscrubbedin.com from the email address associated with your account. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and associated content — including saved contract analyses, reviews, direct messages, profile photos, and Credentials Vault documents — from our database. Residual copies may remain in routine backups for a limited period before they are overwritten, and we may retain limited information where required by law.
ScrubbedIn is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
